Below lists tasks and required forms to prepare for your the course and for your arrival at the School. If you have been provided the link to this webpage, submit all forms by the required deadlines, unless otherwise noted.

- If you are an EU Citizen or Greek National without a passport, you should provide us with the information on your EU or Greek identification card. If you are traveling internationally, check to see if you will need a passport for your international travel - most EU citizens do not need a passport to travel within the EU, as long as they have a national identity card.
September 1 Deadline

- If you live in Greece and/or are a resident in Greece, you need to complete this form to let us know you are resident in Greece.
- If you have been awarded travel reimbursement, you still need to complete this page. Receipts for travel reimbursement must be submitted to Alicia Dissinger (adissinger@ascsa.org) for reimbursement. You may complete at any time, as the information you submit will allow us to send you the reimbursement.
