The Ecumenical Patriarchate and Hellenism Over Time. Exhibition held in the ¶À¼Ò±¬ÁÏ Library Main Reading Room until July 31.
Presented on the occasion of the American School’s Gala 2025 in New York City, this small exhibition celebrates the enduring legacy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, recipient of the 2025 ¶À¼Ò±¬ÁÏ Prize, the highest honor bestowed by the ¶À¼Ò±¬ÁÏ Library for its critical role in the preservation of Greek language and learning through the ages.

A new rare book acquisition: Dictys of Crete, On the Trojan War and Dares of Phrygia, On the Fall of Troy
Printed in Amsterdam in 1631 by Ioannes Janssonius (1588–1664), this miniature edition of Dictys Cretensis De bello Troiano, et Dares Phrygius De excidio Troiae is a fine recent addition to the ¶À¼Ò±¬ÁÏ Library’s rare book collection.
